1. Many say name of the companies decides the success of the companies, as a brand consultant do u think it’s rightly said, if yes then why?

Yes, According to me company name plays a major role in its success. There are many reasons to it but to define few I think name makes an impact in its customer mind, name when made or used in simple Language is easy to get register in the mind of its customer. It leaves an impression, which is then difficult by its competitor to change it. Name defines its loyalty towards its customer. So its not like Shakespeare saying ‘What’s in the Name’ because for companies its all in the name.

Like, we all have heard about mineral water named ‘Bisleri’. Whenever wherever a customer goes to buy mineral water by default all ask for Bisleri although the shop might be having other brands like Kinley or Himalaya or any other. But that’s the loyalty Bisleri has made with its customer. They don’t need to advertise more for their sale coz they know their brand their “name” is already registered in the mindset of customers.

So I believe that any companies while choosing the name of its companies should choose like they are keeping the name of their child whom they will want to grow, establish, and achieve success on its own with its identity with its NAME.

2. According to you is proper branding one of the major factor in companies achievement? Explain with Reason?

In today’s world of intense competition there is perhaps no marketing mantra more relevant than this- “The customer is king”.

Positioning of a Product is essential. Like in tea industry consumers are very uses to one brand are not very open to change in taste but through right positioning Tata tea has achieved commendable success with its innovative products, savvy packaging, attractive pricing and eye-catching advertising. Moving away from the image of tea merely being a refreshing family drink, tata tea has made a conscious shift in brand image and has successfully associated with success. The taazgi (freshness) of its previous campaign has been replaced with kaamyabi (success). Another ace the company has played is the Tetley flavoured tea bags — 'T' — which break away from boring old plain tea bags and promise extra zing with five exciting new flavours.

So, appropriate branding wins the company name and fame. Efficient brand building of the company takes it to a higher level.

3. Do u believe right logo can make a right mark in customers mind?

A logo is the “Face of the Company”. Your logo is a visual representation of everything your company stands for. So, I strongly believe that any business gains identity with the logo it carries. A viewer who can be a customer, a prospect or a client knows you and your company by its logo. Logo has the ability to create and show the basic values of your company, its products or services and clients. So, it is right to say that it has a major role to play in brand positioning and brand image.

Coca cola drink is one of the best selling soft drink. In beginning, Coca cola was developed as a fountain beverage constituting upon Carbon water and Coca cola Syrup. It made numerous modification and alternation in the original logo and bottle. Logo became the symbol for youth enthusiasm. The coca cola company logo has increasingly became well known and well recognized logo.

Hence even when its logo is seen from far it has its direct impact on its customer mind. ‘So logo makes a mark’ which is very essential for companies brand image in its customer mind.

But with this the importance of selection of the right logo made by the expertise brand designers should be taken as a vital decision.

4. What do u think off when a small company person walks in to your office and u take it as a challenge to make it a successful brand?

For me no company is small or big. I believe in only one thing. Any company that come to me I have to make them successful and if it’s successful then I have to think as to making it more successful. Whether the company be small or big if proper branding is not done then any company is going to loose its mark. Like we all believe ‘Naam hain to paisa hain warna khak hain’. So companies should all time give 100% that is its right attitude of approach towards its customer. As nothing than attitude carries 100% result.

So if I carry right attitude towards my client so is my client going to carry toward its customer which in turn will return as success to all of us.

5. To make any company or brand successful what should be the factors continuously to be monitored upon?

I think company should all time watch out for how its positioning is performing, is it giving the same impact on its customer mind like it was decided before making. Also, is name leaving an all time impression in its customer mind, which will then be difficult to eradicate from its customer mind. All time proper strategy as per the customer needs and demands has to made. Good customer service with an element of surprise to the customer leads to its customer’s delight which is most important coz what you can offer all can offer but its ur services that gets you new customer and lets your old and loyal customer stick to ur brand.
